beth calling police about her visions hallucinations i am left to deal with police surrounding the group of townhouses with ichy fingers above guns police coming at me whencame inside afraid melissa would wake up and come down with the commotion they took beth's call of man with gun very seriously i was in kitchen made oatmeal, ate oatmeal made cigarette heard nothing beth keeps blinds closed so no one can look in beth's window faces back so unless she went into melissa willards room was impossible for beth to see front of house which is where she told police she saw man with gun.
felt delirious for days after beths time of calling the police dr parveen so happy i was doing well did not want to disillusion her but asked nicole and nh said she had told dr p that and i told nh that i had been lying on couch going over and over police coming at me beth did not tell me she had called police thinking of how i should have handled it or just going over and over the police were so nice to beth she decided to call them again at 10 pm that night with another story they sent very young police who did not come in this time but exchanged glances and beth caught this and next day imitated it and caught on that the police were not happy for an excuse to see and talk to her so she stopped calling them also it finally got through that she was not allowed to call police.
a child a girl abandoned in car crying one of her dreams sad but stopped her from calling the police about a bad dream that time.
should not have to be beth's housemonther if she is not capable of living independently

Waterside cluster only allowed beth to abuse and provoke their clients and rcs for 3 or 4 weeks, mj obviously tried to dump beth on them, nikki said several times that beth would not be returning and that she, nikki would be gathering together the rest of beth's belongings, one day beth returned asked me for a hug before she stepped up into the door way with the waterside rc watching, the rc looked ready to chew wood and spit out nails, she was furious and disgusted. no one told me beth was returning and so i thought and hoped that the waterside cluster rc was waiting for beth to pack the rest of her belongings, beth looked through something in her suitcase the rc stood out in the cold for about 4 minutes, beth asked her when she came in the house if she wanted to come in, the rc said no, after i saw the rc through the kitchen window standing outside in the cold i opened the door and asked her if she wanted to come inside, the waterside rc took a few seconds to compose herself and said no thank you, beth was looking through the roller suitcase she brought back, said something to the rc who then left.
the supervisor for the waterside cluster would not allow beth to continue to abuse and play games with clients destroying their chance at recovery so why does bf and mj allow clients like beth and gerda to do any abusive thing they can think of to other clients for year after year???

Nikki Lak found a butcher knife in beth's bedroom when nikki and christina taylor searched it for my missing art supplies and nikki came down the stairs and walked through the hall kitchen gingerly carrying one butcher knife, melissa willard asked me what happened to the butcher knife after that and all I could say was that I saw nikki carrying it in the hall and presumably it was removed from premises. Sometimes Melissa Willard has asked that knives be locked up in med cabinet other times she wants to use the butcher knives that beth told nicole she, beth had wrapped in wax paper and hidden because they were weapons, melissa began using them to cut up the cabbage she usually makes dinner dishes from but then the 3 or 4 butcher knives disappeared again. nicole was totally unaware that beth had taken and hidden the butcher knives months or years ago and asked beth to return them so they could be locked in the medicine cabinet, eventually beth returned them for a short time before they disappeared again and melissa willard asked several times where they had gone and expressed to me her fear of beth having butcher knives in her room.
the hidden butcher knives came to light when beth said that her boyfriend dennis bought a sword in giant foods, then explained she called butcher knives swords and said that dennis had "playfully" pressed the knive into beth throat when they were in line waiting to purchase the butcher knife. melissa willard said she didn't think it could possible be true since other people in giant would have noticed and done something and I said people esp teenagers often joke around like that and it probably was a brief event but beth was rightly upset by it and near outraged tears that dennis would do that - this event was mentioned in more than one medication and house meeting- mw mentioned this several times and beth cut off relations with dennis for several months despite his incessant calls and letters and finally started seeing him again though she unrealistically asked nicole again and again to chaperone beth when she went to dennis house and nicole said the rcs have no jurisdiction in dennis house and would not be able to protect beth if she decided to go to dennis' home and beth said she thought that the rcs were not doing their job in being unable to protect her from dennis even though she decided to visit him at his apartment not house.

i want to do a victims impact statement to read at beginning of this provider meeting the only provider meeting i have called though i am used to keeping things bottled in side and have trouble talking about emotional things. ruined 3 years of my life because of refusal to handle grievances situations fester until gerda is spraying lysol in housemates food and spitting on housemate's toiletries and possibly food and bragging about it in housemeetings and even then mj said to at that she would investigate if it really happened gerda confessed in housemeeting with two witnesses one of them an rc called Blessing Atem who was fired within a few weeks of witnessing this confession by gerda. unlike jackie - 15 minute rule apparently as rc mj did notl like spending 15 minutes with clients so i believe illegally abolished this rule when i cam rcs were running in shoving pills down clients throat and running away until there were at least two bad emergencies possibly suicide attempts that could have been forestalled if mj had not illegally told rcs to run in and out. was Jackie objecting to this the reason she was fired, jackie was two months before graduating as a therapist and was given two weeks noticed and was very sad and upset by this strangely timed firing jackie had spend a great deal of time scrubbing houses esp mens houses when they wouldn't do it for inspection just a month or so before so i thought it very ungrateful of mj to fire jackie at such a time jackie called to say she could not make one medication meeting and at that time there were several other rcs who forgot to come to give me my medication and were not fired. mj when i called after doing without medication said that the rcs were not used to my being there and so forgot. don't believe there were emergency meds on bulletin board at that time if at had not continually harrassed me about the one clonazapam i took a day when nervous about provider meeting would not have thought of it.
united states of amnesia is my impression of susan willcox call on Feb 4, 2013 after being pressured by my now rc, Christina Taylor. very negative patterns of behavior on the part of people being paid to look after the mentally ill go uninvestigated with this amnesia attitude.

dishes fiat handed down from mt olympus broken dishes from being for months in nicole's care no consultation or follow up or soliciting client's opinions ideas on how to hand the dirty dishes problem just one day rcs conficating all the dishes and glassware giving everyone one color coded plate, one bowl, one glass, one cup could not find color handled silver ware some may have had merits as beginning of idea to solve problem but sudden mj fiat decision and sudden fiat recinding of decision to allow clients one of each dist only. many dishes broken in box from being for weeks in nicole's car i was too tired to go through picking out glass so left note for beth and melissa willard to take care broken glass in cardboard box nicole delivered, later melissa and i cautiously cleaned out and threw away badly broken glassware.

write letter suggest article to mcclatchy knight-ridder and local newspapers gazette wash post article on melissa jacob clayton ordering her rcs to starve beth by confiscating her food stamp card, will anyone care with all the terrible things going on, a situation made to order for someone as corrupt as mj, but still might there be some outrage among the general public at a residence supervisor stealing a card not issued to her or slh but to client and client having nothing to eat for a week then card given back for a week and then confiscated again because beth was playing her usual silly maddening games but does beth's provocations in not being here when rc came to take her grocery shopping suddenly make the theft of her card and mjc's and the rcs utter uncaring that someone of beths ages especially is truly going hungry for a week at a time every other weeks for about an eight week period and the weight on her housemates who did give her food and asked the rcs again and again to give beth her food card with money on it or to get her manna food the rcs last springtime refused repeated and coldly gave mj's ordered speech that if we gave beth food it was our businesss and that we were not required to do so - what an outrageous non-human response for an rc supposed to be helping clients. what selling out selling your soul do you need to make a cold comment about a client starving for a week at a time, sometimes the rcs recover their moral compass about the time they leave slh and if a computer exit interview/questionnaire were instituted it would leave no doubt that mj is in violation of the law and basic human decency making these orders from up on her throne.

MJ through Amanda Tillman told me that I must see Dr. Kahn who works out of the same office as my therapist and my therapist told me that MJ's lie about being required to see both my psychiatrist and therapist at the same office was "baloney" and Dr. P said "I haven't lost a patient yet." when I told them about the very inappropriate pressure being placed on me to see another psychiatrist simply because he worked in one and not the other of the two office sites of St. Luke's House after the inappropriate pressure on Dr. P to change my dx.
Dr. Parveen said she did not have access to my previous records from Family Services, treating psychiatrists, Dr. Brown, Dr. claytor and Dr. Moricle and several others over the years at FSA nor the State Psychiatrist Dr. Taller, I had the records because I insisted upon seeing and xeroxing my file while at FSA, why doesn't the software program at SLH called Anastasia - strange name- of a client's records have clients' previous documentation from treating psychiatrists and therapists, Amanda Tillman told me when I questioned her about this that neither the software with clients' file nor the paper file have a client's previous records for current treating psychiatrist to refer to which would have been a help in ascertaining client Gerda Sejour's previous violence and possible prison time which she wrote about in her short novel "SISTER" and spoke to me about on numerous occassions in incoherent fashion though except on this subject Gerda Sejour was very articulate and a good writer.
Confiscating Beth Vonieff's Food Stamp Card and letting her eat only flour and water - paste for a week at a time for at least 3 weeks not consecutively but close to it, Dr. Parveen is aware of this and was angry about the abuse of a client which I believe is also illegal because the food stamp card was issued to Beth Vonieff and not SLH or Melissa Jacab Clayton.
Need a thorough investigation by DMH of MJC's endangering clients and neighbors by her negligence and extremely strange decisions.
Exit interviews need and I believe that former RC Caryn Zaner informed Dr. Parveen of the danger that I was in from housemate Gerda Sejour after Gerda admitted in House meeting in front of another RC called Blessing Atem(?) that Gerda sprayed Lysol on my rice after threatening me that one of her voices called Aphrodite had said that she was going to kill me and take me to Elesium, I told Gerda that when it was my time Jesus would decide and I was going to Heaven with Jesus and Gerda said that Aphrodite was very powerful and I said that Jesus was all powerful.
After I told AT of this threat within an hour she told Gerda's RC Nicole Hester, Nicole was obviously asking GS why she had threatened me and Gerda told Nicole on the phone that she didnot threaten me but Aphrodite would not leave her alone until Gerda came in my room and told me of the threat. After the phone call with Nicole GS asked me if I didnot want her to warn me of Aphrodite's threats and I told her not to get used to doing what her voices told her to do.
Amanda came back and said she must have misunderstood and thought that I felt threatened by Gerda's statements and I told Amanda that I did feel threatened but told Amanda an hour earlier only what Gerda had said and did not use the word threat because I wanted Amanda's opinion based simply on what Gerda had said to me when she knocked on my door at 6 am.
Amanda said at this time that Melissa Jacob said that if I felt threatened by Gerda that I could go to Fenton House, which is for people in crises and I said "Gerda comes into my room threatens me AND I AM THE ONE SUPPOSED TO GO TO FENTON HOUSE, Gerda admitted on the phone to Nicole an hour earlier what she had said to me." Amanda said no one doubted that Gerda had said that to me, Amanda again emailed Melissa Jacob who again texted that I could go to Fenton House and Amanda shrugged helplessly. when I had first told Amanda what Gerda had said Amanda said to me "You don't have to be threatened in your own home."
Beth's hiding butcher knives, Nikki Lak, RC, found one in her room and held it gingerly as she went downstairs and presumable removed it from premises 2 or 3 other butcher knives that Beth wrapped in waxed paper still missing, no one concerned.
