a staff member to need to do the things he does shows his low
self-esteam and extreme sickness. Melissa Willard my housemate said
2 months ago that eric not only went into the suggestion box and
threw away her suggestion/complaint but had the nerve to tell Melissa
he had thrown away her suggestion because he did not like it. What
kind of arrogance would do that? Why would a staff member need to
throw away a client's suggestion then tell them what he had done??
